Sentrama (Brightside Enterprises Ltd ) shall comply with the GDPR principles for processing personal data, which require that personal data is:

• Adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

• Accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;

• Kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed; and

• Processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss,

Sentrama (Brightside Enterprises Ltd ) will also respect the rights of data subjects which are enshrined in GDPR regulation.

Sentrama (Brightside Enterprises Ltd ) will comply with any data storage or treatment requests requested by its customers or suppliers and acknowledged Sentrama (Brightside Enterprises Ltd )

02: OUR GDPR PRINCIPLES

• Sentrama will only use Social Media and B2B email addresses for outbound communication.

• Sentrama always researches prospects very carefully and will only approach companies with legitimate interest.

• All communication must be logical and beneficial for the recipient.

• Sentrama and our clients will always allow prospects to clearly remove or change their data from our communication and fulfil our information duty for all concerned.

• Sentrama advise removing the data of prospects who have not replied within 30 days from sending the first email. This is our data storage limitation principle.

• Privacy by design: Sentrama use a secure, market leading CRM with it's own GDPR function

• Data Sources: Sentrama use market leading data providers and GDPR compliance is a necessity

of vendor selection.
